Starting with the thing that helps this rifle stand out the Federal patrol rifle comes with some nice ergonomic improvements. This MIL-SPEC lower is made with the same quality and care also comes with a nice standard 6 position buffer system for finding your preferred stock position. The barrel is the same high quality you expect from Colt and comes with a standard A2 Style flash hider.
